How to Delete Your Account

كيفية حذف حسابك

If you wish to delete your AllaMenu account and all associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

إذا كنت ترغب في حذف حسابك على AllaMenu وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به، يمكنك ذلك باتباع الخطوات التالية:

Option 1: From the App

1. Open the AllaMenu app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Contact Us

Send an email to support@allamenu.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account.

أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى support@allamenu.com بعنوان "حذف حسابي" مع ذكر البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك.

What Gets Deleted

ما الذي سيتم حذفه

• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Your staff records and role assignments
• Your FCM push notification tokens
• Your authentication credentials

Note: Restaurant data (menu items, orders, analytics) is owned by the restaurant and is not deleted when an individual staff account is removed. Restaurant owners can request full restaurant data deletion separately.

ملاحظة: بيانات المطعم (الأصناف، الطلبات، التحليلات) مملوكة للمطعم ولا تُحذف عند إزالة حساب موظف. يمكن لمالكي المطاعم طلب حذف بيانات المطعم بالكامل بشكل منفصل.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

تتم معالجة طلبات حذف الحساب خلال ٧ أيام عمل. ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا للتأكيد بمجرد حذف حسابك.
