1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AllaMenu platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, staff members, and end customers.
2. Description of Service
AllaMenu provides a SaaS platform for restaurants and food businesses, including:
- QR-based digital menu for customers
- Point of Sale (POS) system for staff
- Kitchen Display System (KDS) for kitchen operations
- Order management and tracking
- Table management and QR code generation
- Analytics and reporting
- Inventory management
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One restaurant account may have multiple staff members with different roles and permissions
4. Subscription & Billing
- AllaMenu offers subscription plans with varying feature sets and limits
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Free trial periods, if offered, will be clearly communicated with their duration
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
6. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of all content you upload (menu items, images, restaurant information)
- You grant AllaMenu a license to display and process your content as needed to provide the Service
- AllaMenu retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and branding
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllaMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted
- Sections on liability, ownership, and disputes survive termination
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
